!!! Cannot Load Web interface

Hello , in a company that im working on IT , i install centos 6x and free nagios core. i make the installation with this faq

but on the other side i was on windows machine and try to open the interface of nagios like....
http://192.168.x.x/nagios
but they dont load or something to read about. I ping the machine and the service of nagios is running....
What im doing wrong!!!!!!!!!

To start out with the basics:

• Is there a firewall in place blocking the connection?
• Is the httpd service running on the Nagios server?
• Is the web interface giving a timeout error or something specific?
