No gotchas, but as always, YMMV. (especially if you have done anything unexpected)

Only one thing comes to my mind - it's possible to face an issue with sudoers file if you have some entries in /etc/sudoers.d/ directory. I've seen issues with duplicated nagios alias (in sudoers and other files under sudoers.d directory)
This can be fixed easily by commenting out the duplicate entries. Other that that, I am not aware of any issues.
