Windows Server trigger on keywords in log

Can Nagios monitor log files on a Windows server triggering alerts based on keywords? I am trying to determine when an event is complete and wondering if Nagios can monitor the log files and when the appropriate keyword is found a notification is sent.

This is a built-in feature of Nagios Log Server

but you can also do it with several log file plugins if you have an agent on the server (e.g. nsclient++)
