Nagios XI Enterprise License Key not working

I have recently recieved my Nagios XI Enterprise license key but after entering it into the License Options -- Enterprise Key: on the License Information page the result is none of the Enterprise features get enabled and the Enterprise Features still say the the Trial is Expired.

Can anyone help with this?
