I believe you need to log in mysql on the remote box (10.106.10.197):
and run:
Then test the remote access from the nagios server:

GRANT ALL ON nagios.* TO nagios@'<IP_OF_NAGIOS_SERVER>' IDENTIFIED BY 'nagios';

You need to go back to setting
then restart ndo2db
