Nagios XI Standard - Mass Acknowledgement?

Hello Nagios Community,

We are looking into the Nagios XI Standard edition and my questions are:

1). Does the XI Standard edition have the Mass Acknowledge Tool ?

2. I understand that the XI Enterprise requires annual renewal and XI Standard Edition does not.
Does this mean that if after one year on the XI standard edition, there are no updates? Does this
apply to security patches as well?

Yes standard edition includes this.

If you don't renew, you can keep updating the existing version HOWEVER when the next major version of XI is released you will not be able to upgrade without renewing. For example upgrade from XI 2014 to XI 2015.
