Hi
We have Nagios XI 2014R2.3.
When I add a new host via CCM->Monitoring and save/apply configuration, I'm seeing a rogue bandwidth service check when I go into HOME->Details->Service detail for this new host even though I've only just added host and NO service checks.
Note, this rogue service check does not show up in Configure->Unconfigured objects.
Note, when I go to delete this service in HOME->Service Detail I get this error:
Could not find a unique id for this service
Service cannot be deleted using this method
Thanks
Add new host, rogue bandwidth check showing up
Re: Add new host, rogue bandwidth check showing up
This service check could be an inherited check - maybe through a template or hostgroup on the host. Does the service object exist in the CCM --> Services list?

Re: Add new host, rogue bandwidth check showing up
Yes, there is service check with this name and we object inheritance. There are actually 2 service checks with this name for 2 different devices. One of the devices should not have this check. I deleted this service check in CCM. I then added a new host and looks like this service check is gone and not be added to new devices. Thanks.
