Post by JohnFLi »

Is it possible to have warning alerts go to one email and critical alerts to go to another?

if so, how?

You can accomplish this with escalations. there is an Escalation Wizard in the Core Config Manager

Another way is to setup 2 contacts (1 address for Warning & another address for Critical).
Then in the Alert Settings Tab for the Contact, just tick the appropriate Host & service alerts to send to each contact.
