Email Notification to be send as a just single Email

Dear Expert

Auto Email Notification upon Host/Service down working as expected but if there is 5 recipient it goes as five individual email.

We NMS sending email to customer (many contacts), NMS (to our self) and NOC (Network Operation Center), we sending From : NMS however case handled by NOC. When customer replies, they sending to NMS only and our NOC unnoticed. So we want that all the email address should be in To: or Cc: and should got send as a single email only. In this case everyone will aware on each reply, we NMS or customer or NOC (everyone in loop/chain).

Appreciate your advice/guideline.

The only solution/workaround I can think of is to use distribution lists.

Can you please elaborate more? Any URL? What is "distribution lists"?

A distribution list essentially lets you email a single address and have multiple people receive the email. Here's how to do it in Exchange, for example:

Whether or not all the members of the DL will be included as a CC in the email I believe depends on the mail server.
