Ngaios xi is crashing

Hi Team,

sometimes when i am adding a new host hostgroups or contactgroups everything seems to be empty.

Dont know whether it is losing connectivity with the database. even if i restart the mysql its not coming up.

Also when i use bulk host import method, on the select existing host drop down, nothing will be there.

Please help

For starters, what XI version are you running?

Is the MySQL db offloaded?

Thanks for your reply.

version is 2014R2.6 and it is showing up2date.

mysql is not offloaded, its in the same machine.

Also i can see in logs. mysql server is gone away . connection to mysql server is lost.
