Nagios XI Has built in help for this:

Help > Documentation Guides > Administrator Guide
Have a look under the Monitoring Windows section, they are a couple of different methods available.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
