Is it possible to install nagios graphs in nagios core if possible than let me know.

Yes, you could install nagiosgraphs and pnp4nagios to create graphs.

rhassing is correct, MRTG/nagiosgraph/pnp4nagios can be installed on Nagios Core, did you have any additional questions on them?
