Notification after Acknowledgement

Hi Team,

We are currently sending notifications for unresolved alerts every 24hrs to the respective teams, We understand that when an alert is acknowledged the repeat emails are no longer sent, is there a chance to disable this functionality and allow email to be sent every 24hrs even if the acknowledgement is done for an alert.

Not possible with just notifications. The very purpose of an acknowledgement is to suppress notifications while a problem is being worked on. In cases like this I would set up an escalation or maybe even an event handler to deal with the logic, then just add a comment instead of an acknowledgement.
