php reports cause httpd to become unresponsive

FYI,

I was trying to demonstrate the reporting using my downloaded OVF VM trial.
By default, I think the wkhtmltopdf was working at least once.

I tried to configure the hostname and 'program URL' to be consistent with each other and to
configure the DNS client (resolv.conf).
I wasn't able to get wkhtmltopdf to finish a task. It just seems to hang httpd and the wkhtmltopdf process
also stays around forever.

I was getting nowhere with this, so I tried your install.
I was trying to use your online demo machine to demonstrate the reporting. I think I hung your
httpd as well.

So I'm guessing this htmltopdf feature still has some significant issues.
