Using Capacity Planning ( "No data to display: 1426897800 )

Post by monitoreo1 »

Hi !!!!

When we try to see a server, in the Capacity Planning Report, in all the dashlets, we only see an error message: "No data to display: 1426897800 is not JSON serializable"

I have changed the differents values that we can configure ( host, time periods, Extrapolation Method ) to see the report, but we have the same result.

Can somebody help me?

Greetings.

We are using:
Nagios XI Version : 2014R2.6
x86_64
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo)
Gnome is not installed

I'll get you to tell me the version of the component, can you please do the following:

Click the Admin menu
System Extensions > Manage Components
Find the "Capacity Planning Report" component
What version is this component?

This bug has been fixed in ver. 2.1.9 of the Capacity Planning component.
2.1.9 - 02/16/2015
==================
- Fixed bug in CentOS 7 causing TypeError: XXXXXXXXXXX is not JSON serializable errors -JO, SW
Currently, it is not possible to update the component via the web UI as it is an encrypted component, but we are working on making update possible for "protected" components as well.

Nope, but there should be shortly. Also, this component will be updated with 2014r2.7 when it is released.
