Hello,
i'm new to logserver and i am going on a trial.
I was able to configure filtering and alerting, but every alert generated reports to a wrong website
See the example below: the link to open the alert is unreachable (it refers to localhost) while it should be something like
http://nagioslogserver.mydomain.local/v ... n8yl7LEjUA
is there a way to change this? Also is there a way to change the alert from enghlish to our local language?
The email alert follows below:
*******
HP Security Violation came back with a WARNING state at Thu, 26 Mar 2015
18:21:21 +0100
The alert was processed with the following thresholds:
- Lookback Period: 1m
- Warning: 0
- Critical: 1
Here is the full alert output:
WARNING: 1 matching entries found |logs=1;0;1
See the last 1m in the dashboard:

Alert email customization
Re: Alert email customization
Please access your NLS Web GUI -> Administration -> Global Settings and change the 'Cluster Hostname.' This is currently the method used to switch the hostname in your alert email, otherwise it will default to localhost.
Please note that there is a different Alert URL bug that will be fixed in our next release - don't worry about that unless you have further difficulties.
Regarding changing the alert from English to your local language, there is no currently supported way of doing so.
Thank you!
