Need help with Performance Graph for manual query output

Dear Conern,

Attached is script for daily count list of Directory on linux server which generating Numeric output.
But when observed for Performance Graph its not updating in nagios XI.
can you please suggest for same for performance graph for query output?

You need to output performance data in a format that Nagios can understand:
