Configure RHEL5 to monitor memory
I have added the hosts to the monitor but unable to grab a configuration for memory monitoring ....if anyone have kindly share
Re: Configure RHEL5 to monitor memory
What OS are you looking to monitor memory on? The configs will be quite different depending on the OS, but you will certainly need a remote agent running on that machine to monitor the memory.

Re: Configure RHEL5 to monitor memory
There are 2 simple wasy.
1) follow the instructions to get nrpe going on that server and use the linux server wizard. You can download the agent right from the XI Wizard and it even gives a little bit of help in installing it.
2) Setup net-snmp and use the Linux SNMP wizard.
https://access.redhat.com/documentation ... -SNMP.html
Either way is pretty straightforward.
