Support for Nagios XI Unlimited Enterprise

Hi,

Recently I got the administration of a Nagios XI Unlimited Enterprise. I'm having some performance issues, I'm performing tests and reading some mod_gearman as it's used in the platform. I'd like to get more information about what kind of support I am able to get from Nagios XI according license. May someone help me?

First things first if you are a current customer, we have the Customer section of the forum that carries our SLA. I would strongly advise you to email [email protected] and they can grant access to that section. We also have email ticket support for current customers, so be sure to have Sales add you to that approved list as well.
