CPU an I/O Wait is high

Hi

After doing the upgrade nagios 2011R1.2 xi, are showing high consumption of CPU and I / 0 Wait, I've followed the documentation XI Maximizing Performance and Repairing The Database, after that consumption remains high.

I can follow other recommendations.

What are your top few items for CPU when you run "top"?

What kind of check load are you running (hosts+services), and how many CPU cores does your system have?

If you haven't already, switch to the "unified tactical overview" on the Admin->Performance Settings page. I know users with larger environments have said that makes a substantial improvement in 2011.

Our load dropped almost two points with 2011R1.2.
