Suggestion Notification Type

Hi guys

I was wondering if there is anyway to add a new option on the notification type to the next version of Nagios XI.

Why?
Because I need to be notified when some services or hosts back to ok or up status.
Example:
i integrated with our Service Desk and when something goes Critical or Down he opens a ticket, but when this services or hosts back to ok or up status i need to close the ticket MANUALLY, because the nagios xi doesnt send notification to up or ok status.

This will help me a lot. I don't know if someone asked this for you.
Like i said this is a suggestion.

What helpdesk system do you use, and what kind of message do you need sent?

But i'm using a script API to integrated the Nagios XI with our Service Desk. When any services or hosts goes critical or down the Nagios XI execute my script to open a ticket.

Because I need to be notified when some services or hosts back to ok or up status.

Nagios should send RECOVERY notifications for just such occasions already, as long as they are enabled on the service/host object and contact in question.

Under the alert options you have "u" and "r" for UP and Recovery, will those not work for you?
