to many FLAPPING alert

Dear Expert

There is many Flapping Alert, why? there is no PROBLEM / RECOVERY notification.

FLAPPINGSTART Host Alert - test-demo-5 is UP
FLAPPINGSTOP Host Alert - test-demo-5 is UP

2015-04-15 12:58:55 - Flapping Started
2015-04-15 14:36:06 - Flapping Stopped

before and after there is no alert for this Host and we know there is no network issue and its for many hosts , not just with 2-3 hosts.

Have you modified your flapping thresholds?

If it is such that a single state change over the term which is measured takes you over the flapping threshold then you will never get an up/down, just flapping alerts.
