Connection refused

Hi - I'm running the trial version and one of my servers is giving me a 'Connection refused' on all of the monitors - cpu, drive space, etc... it's only happening on this one server. It's a windows 2003 machine, 32 bit, it is a VM, however, although I tried it on another VM and that one works just fine. Any thoughts?

It is most likely that the service for the the windows agent is not running. This could also be caused by a fire wall, though they don't normally disconnect users so friendlily.
