We recently upgraded NagiosXI a week ago or so.
I just ran the monitoring wizard just now to add a simple ping for a host on our network. Following the normal steps that we usually do.
When it came to the point where I was setting notification options, there are no options available for:
Other individual contacts
Specific contact groups
Normally, here is where I select our "NOC" contact group which notifies us all on a downed host.
Also, on the next screen, the following are also not displaying any available options:
Host groups
Service groups
Parent host
Any ideas on how to fix this? Please see attached screen shots.

Re: Contact groups missing
UPDATE:
After adding a device with the wizard and applying the configuration, the options somehow displayed again.

Re: Contact groups missing
Out of curiousity, what monitoring wizard were you running at the time when you couldn't see the groups? And which wizard was run to bring them back?

Generic device...
I added the device anyways and was going to manually select contact groups.
As soon as I applied configuration, I ran the same wizard, and all of a sudden the contact groups as well as all of the other information that was previously blank started displaying again.
