Acknowledgement issue in Nagios XI

Team Need help ASAP.

1. Most of the warning and critical services are acknowledged but even though the users are getting alerts from the service those are acknowledged.
2. If we do acknowledgement for any critical and warning state we are not getting emails for the acknowledgement for what we did.

No problem in Mail server. Nearly 200 to 300 facing issues can someone help us ASAP plz...

What does the 'is volatile' setting look like for the hosts/services in question?

This issue is resolved stopping all the nagios service on collector server expect gearman service.
