nscp.exe version 0.4.3.131 faulty module

I have several Windows servers 2008r2 and 2012 which the NSClient++ is failing. It will startup and then the plugin_api.dll will fail and the service stop. I have tried to add this to the DEP list and disable DEP still doesn't work. On all of my Windows server it is the same module, plugin_api.dll.

The first thing I would do is post this same thread on the NSClient forums: https://www.nsclient.org/forums/

We don't control the codebase so even if we had some idea why it is failing, we would be unable to fix the bug.
