We are trying to integrate our Nagios instance with ServiceNow for automated ticketing and using email integration technique to achieve this functionality. We are trying to include the impact/urgency info in the alert email based on the host group/service group the service/host belongs to. Do we have any dynamic macros or plugins we can use to achieve this.

Custom objects can be added to services and hosts, but not servicegroups or hostgroups.
However a "service" can generally be assigned specifically to a servicegroup or a hostgroup - so this may still be useful.
