I didn't see any errors in the output. However, there was a bug in RHEL/CentOS 7 that was fixed in the latest release of XI dealing with not being able to edit a service in CCM and apply configuration.

I know you are using RHEL 6.6 but I think you might be also affected. I would recommend upgrading to Nagios XI 2014R2.7. Most probably this will fix the issue that you are having.

Hi,

I did upgrade to 2.7 yesterday and tested it. It did not resolve the issue.

Would it be possible to talk with Nagios support, and run through my options at this point rather than continue with thread?

Thanks

If you would like to move this to an email ticket, please email [email protected] with a descriptive subject, and at least a link to this post in the body. Otherwise if you purchased phone support you can call the number that was given to you when you purchased.

And just for the record, anyone on the forums with a green name is a Nagios support tech. Wasn't sure if you knew that or not, but you have been speaking with us all along :)

We did purchase phone support and will follow-up with email first. Yes, I did know that the people in green are tech support. You guys rock!

Well thank you! Always nice to hear our time is appreciated!

I'll close this up once we see the ticket come in.

During a remote support session we identified that the timezone settings needed to be defined under the Admin > System Config > Manage System Config.

Once it was defined as a UTC based timezone CCM worked as expected.
