Hi,

I have 2 licenses of Nagiosxi, however, I done have access to the customer support area.

How can I get access? because I have a few problems.

I.e.
I am getting these errors:

could not fetch information from server
and
NSClient - ERROR: Could not get data for 5 perhaps we don't collect data this far back?

Could you PM your email, company name and license number? I should be able to deal with it from there.
