Feature request: OpsCenter improvements

Fusion Product Team,

It would be great to see some options in the OpsCenter config.

Personally, our organization would benefit from this component showing "status duration" and soft/hard designation.

Would be even better if we were able to filter the results shown in OpsCenter. For instance, only show hard states, etc.
