please in performance graph, what mean "rta", "pl", "rtmax" and "rtmin?

Those are network statistics for the ping checks.

RTA = Round-Trip Average (time in milliseconds)
RTMIN = Round-Trip Minimum (time in milliseconds)
RTMAX = Round-Trip Maximum (time in milliseconds)
PL = Packet Loss (percentage of packets sent)

please what is round-trip? what is the importance of round-trip average? round-trip minimum etc..?

In telecommunications, the round-trip delay time (RTD) or round-trip time (RTT) is the length of time it takes for a signal to be sent plus the length of time it takes for an acknowledgment of that signal to be received. This time delay therefore consists of the propagation times between the two points of a signal.
