Integration between NagiosXI & OTRS

Hi,

does anyone has tried Integration betwenn NagiosXI and OTRS. if yes please share your views.
i would like to integrate NagiosXi alerts with OTRS.

There are several OTRS-related plugins here. They are geared towards Nagios Core but should work just as well with Nagios XI.

i have never used NagiosXI before. if you plese elaborate moe on this.

i have uploaded plugins also refered document above. but still i am not able to get nagios alerts in otrs.
below error i have come across while ading new command defination

is there any way to fix this problem.
my main concern is that i want to see nagios alerts in OTRS. please help if you find any solution.

We can't really help you much with seeing Nagios alerts in OTRS. There is that one community OTRS integration addon, but it contains no documentation, no contact information, and hasn't been updated since 2008.

As for the error about your configuration being out of date, how did you add the command? Did you edit the config files by hand? If you added the command through XI's interface, did you remember to apply configuration? Where did this error appear?
