audit log report

I have been tasked with sending a audit log report of the changes that took place over the last 24 hours. When I run the report and then make it a scheduled report it only renders it as a .pdf
The issue is that when the .pdf is created and sent it only shows the first several items and not all of them. If you run the report manually and export as .csv all the records are there. So is there a way to schedule the report as a .csv or have the .pdf render multiple pages ?

The attched example show 197 items but only 25 show in the report. I can change the drop to 50 but that still doesn't render all of the items.

That second part is possibly a bug. What XI version are you on?
