We have 4 nodes and everyday we see the index size is 30G. is this 30G total log size?
if one node is almost full, can nagioslogserver migrate the shards automatically to another nodes?

Which index size are you referring to? There should be a new index per 24-hour period.

Nodes will balance their disk usage as much as possible automatically, so barring some misconfiguration or service crash their usage should be pretty close percentage-wise.
