Does the upgrade just stop there? Other than the timeperiod issues, nothing looks wrong with that output . . .

Other than the error is there a specific problem? Does the monitoring engine fire up?

That error can actually be caused by ghosts in the machine. The error status from the NagiosXI webUI is actually cached in a temporary location so it can happen that the error will come up when really there are no errors. I've spoken with the developers about fixing this somewhat rare bug.

Please follow-tail your command subsystem and run through some of the things that are failing via the Web GUI.

Please check your /etc/sudoers file and make sure the NAGIOSXI entries are at the bottom.

Then delete /etc/sudoers.d/nagiosxi file and try it again.
