Though the access log is good too for correlation.

Error log is blank and doesn't show anything when I click on it. It just keeps spinning. Attached are the two places where I click for perf graphs.

Error log is blank and doesn't show anything when I click on it.
So, when you click on the "Performance Graph" tab and see the blank graph, then run:

tail -50 /var/log/httpd/error_log
you don't see anything (or you don't see anything you think is relevant)?

What is the output of the following command?

grep "display_errors =" /etc/php.ini
I believe the problem is caused by the fact that the RRDs and XMLs are not created for this service for some reason. I didn't see "vserver_Status_-_lb_vserver_wiv.rrd" or "vserver_Status_-_lb_vserver_wiv.xml" in the output you posted. You can see RRDs and XMLs for 5 other similarly named services:

vserver Status - lb_vserver_citrixUAT_bchydro_com_ng
vserver Status - lb_vserver_ldap_ABS
vserver Status - lb_vserver_ldap
vserver Status - lb_vserver_rsa
vserver Status - lb_vserver_webinterface

but not for:

vserver Status - lb_vserver_wiv

I believe the problem is caused by the fact that the RRDs and XMLs are not created for this service for some reason. I didn't see "vserver_Status_-_lb_vserver_wiv.rrd" or "vserver_Status_-_lb_vserver_wiv.xml" in the output you posted. You can see RRDs and XMLs for 5 other similarly named services:

The graphs does not show for ANY for these vserver status.
You can try removing all of the rrd and xml files for these services and wait until they get recreated. This may fix the issue that you are having.

cd /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/Netscaler_UAT
rm -rf vserver_Status*
Note: You will lose the historical data for the "vserver_Status" services! It may take 20-30 min before you actually see the graphs.

I do believe your problem exists because there are double quotes inside of single quotes in the performance data string:

Good catch. So in this case, the MIB is causing the issue. I will check by removing the MIB and also see if that file can be modified.

So I removed the mib file and the graphs showed up. Actually the previous data instantly showed up. The only problem is that the OID is pretty long.
I am looking at the MIB file, but really not sure how/if to edit the MIB file so it doesn't show quotes. Perhaps this is something that can be updated to handle quotes?

I'm pretty sure you can define this in the check_snmp command.

Add:

-l somelabelname
To the end of the check_snmp command.

I'm not sure if this means it'll be stored in a separate datasource in the RRD file and you'll lose the existing data or not. Worse case just delete the existing RRD and let it create it from scratch.
