Problem to Monitoring Amazon Server

Dear Supporter,

My Problem is:

We already have many server on amazon and one of them we been correctly install Nagios xi and start to monitoring other 11 server inside amazon.

The problem is that after we download the Nagios Agent to install on the other server ec2-52-4-190-67.compute-1.amazonaws.com with successful installed, but it doesn't work as in the attachment file.

What do i missed ?

That looks to be just a simple ping check for the host and would not have anything to do with the agent. Are pings blocked? Do you have network access between the two hosts? I know networking in Amazon can be a bit tricky.
