Can't SSH in Virtual Instance In EC2 Cloud

I have create a virtual instance in the EC2, however I am not able to ssh in, according to the guide.

I have create a key pair, but how do i SSH into this virtual instance using the key pair generated?

I get an error immediately after i enter my login.

Are you selecting the keyfile for authentication?
