Suggestion for dashboard for fusion deployment

Post by maddev »

I am looking for fusion reporting bestpractises

-I am trying to get a look into widely used dashboards/reports and most recommended dashboards/reports
-best ways to keep people informed (kind of reports that needs to be scheduled)
- What kind of reports/views can actually help to get a good look at the infra

Tactical overview and summary are probably the most used.
Fusion is best used as an aggregate overview. To truly drill into problems wit your infrastructure, you will want to descend into the individual XI/core UIs.

EDIT: I see abrist basically said the same thing before I hit "submit." :)

Fusion is best used with multiple Nagios Core/XIs to get an overview of what is going on. Sort of a strategic overview. To get more tactical and in depth, you will need to drill into the specific instances.
