Error while inserting data into the database

While adding a new host (that has been previously removed) using CCM, I'm getting the following error:

Error while inserting data into the database:
Duplicate entry 'symdb1-1' for key 'config_name'

Please advise.

What XI version are you using?

Also - did you apply config between the time when you removed the host and tried to readd it? If so did the apply config succeed?

My mistake. The error was valid and caused by an existing host appended at the end of my 1000+ host list that I didn't see.
