Box293, that solved it.

I added these values to the nsclient.ini file and now the 3 servers that weren't working are.

[/settings/external scripts]
timeout = 65

[/settings/NRPE/server]
timeout = 70

./check_nrpe -H servername.domain.com -c check_queue_health -t 75
