500 series error indicates a bad Apache configuration. Can you please post the last few lines of /var/log/httpd/error_log that shows up while you try to access the page?

eloyd is correct, the apache error log will be necessary to help troubleshoot this problem. Let us know.

Re: cannot access admin page

Is this a high-availability or other heartbeat-based Apache install? That "No slotmem from mod_heartmonitor" message indicates that you're loading the heartbeat monitor module.

Regardless, you also have this error, which is likely preventing your Apache from starting in the first place: Command line: '/usr/sbin/httpd -D FOREGROUND.

Do you even have a web server running? Try this: lsof -i:80

If you do not have the lsof command installed, you can run: netstat -na | grep LISTEN

Take a look at what eloyd stated above and answer his questions - it does seem like your apache config has been customized.

I've seen this behavior if elasticsearch is acting up. Is it possible to restart elasticsearch and apache on the node you're using the Web GUI through? For instance, if you were on node 192.168.1.1:

Code: Select all

ssh [email protected]
service elasticsearch restart
service httpd restart

This is the next troubleshooting step, please verify that httpd is up and listening with one of these commands.

I think you mean 128M, but we understood :)
