Hi,
I have to monitor multi versions oracle db's with single XI instance. I am going to follow below document to complete this task, but thing is suppose I download and install one version packages then will it support to other version monitoring (i.e. 11.2.0.2.0.x86_64 to 11.2.0.4.0.x86_64), because we have single oracle home and library path. Please suggest will above work or need to do some other work around or is there any other option to do this.

Re: oracle monitoring
You should be able to install the newer version of the Oracle Instant Client version 11.2.0.4.0.

Re: oracle monitoring
My query is, one version of oracle instant client will support to other version db monitoring or not.
i.e.
I have 4 db’s with different versions (12.1.0.2.0,, 12.1.0.1.0,, 11.2.0.4.0,, 10.2.0.5.0,,), now if I install instant client packages of 10.2.0.5.0 then can we monitor 12.1.0.2.0 version db with same installed packages or need to do some other things.

Re: oracle monitoring
Yes, you can use an older version of instant client to monitor a newer version database.
Re: oracle monitoring
You can use it to monitor multiple versions.
Re: oracle monitoring
I'm monitoring hundreds of DBs with that version and the DBs are all different versions, works like a charm.
