Hi Support
I tried on RHEL 6.6 PPC and RHEL 6.6 x86. I use Evaluation RHEL OS 6.6. I got the error below on both. I know that the product needs RHN registration. But will it not work with evaluation keys or how can I fix this ?
I need to do the installation to get further with some tests and hopefull buy your product. Do you have any ideas on how I get further?

Re: Nagiox XI failure on RHEL 6.6 PPC and RHEL 6.6 x86
It wasn't long ago I worked with an individual to try to get XI going on a PPC box - that ultimately just ended up failing. Even if we did succeed it could never be officially supported.
On the X86 box though you should have no problems. Are you subscribed to the optional channel with RHN?

Re: Nagiox XI failure on RHEL 6.6 PPC and RHEL 6.6 x86
Hi
Okay. But I have the same issue on X86.
I have a Evaluation key. No more...
I tried the installation on CentOS. No issues here. So my guess is that the issue is about evaluation / full support at Red Hat. But I need to be sure before I can continue.
thx

It is absolutely required... and even mentioned in your error output.jdalrymple wrote:On the X86 box though you should have no problems. Are you subscribed to the optional channel with RHN?

mikkelrokkaer, if you had the Optional channel in the RHN web interface does that resolve the issue for you?
