F5 SNMP memory usage and cpu usage

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to get the Memory usage, cpu usage for an F5 Load Balancer. Does anyone know any good plugins, or anything you guys came up with. I have searched everyone google, but haven't found anything good. Thanks for the help guys!
