nsclient cannot display full event log

Hi Box293,

Thanks for help me again. After apply your command, it can show all the error messages. (attached with screen for reference).

But I get another comment for nagiosxi from operation team. It is when three/more error occurs very closed eg. 12:00:00, 12:00:30 and 12:01:00. the error 12:00:00 / 12:00:01 will be missed because nagios only shows the latest error messages.

Any setting for prevent this case happening?

If you need a good historical manager of log messages, I would *strongly* recommend using Nagios Logserver: https://www.nagios.com/products/nagios-log-server/

We built it for just this sort of thing, and it can do a lot more than just display historical logs. Trying to get this to work as you want in XI is going to be a bit of a headache since Nagios XI is more concerned with the current state of checks.
