Nagios XI "Respond" URL -- 404 Not Found

Post by derekb »

By default, Nagios XI is sending a Respond URL at the bottom of my host notifications as follows:

Respond: http://mydomain.com/rr.php?uid=18-424-b ... e76651aaa9

When I click this link, it returns a 404 Page Not Found.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

In NagiosXI, go to Admin > Manage System Config and make sure the Program / External URL has /nagiosxi/ on the end like this for example.

Code: Select all

http://servername/nagiosxi/

I have done that prior to posting and it produced the same results.

Also, I noticed ending the URL with a / produces two //, so I removed that and tried again with the same results.

The URL should have the trailing / on the end.
One question, does the link below the respond url end with "/nagiosxi/" ?
Have you implemented SSL on the server?

Hi there,
I set my URL back to http://mydomain.com/nagiosxi/, and it magically works now... I'll chalk it up to a typo or something on my end and call this one fixed!
