Nagiosxi operations screen Acknowledged event issue

Hi all,

During our UAT environment, Operation team request for Once the event/service was acknowledged. Can this event/service also show in Operations screen?

For Data center daily operation, they are mainly focus all problems on operations screen. If the events are acknowledged, they are afraid they will missed follow the event or forget to pass it to another shift duty. So they advice keep the acknowledged in operations screen.

The point of acknowledgements is to keep problems out of sight as they are being worked on. For this reason it would not make sense to display them in the Op Screen.

However, under Home -> Acknowledgements you can see all of the acknowledged checks. Will this work?
