We have some old acks and comments laying around in our system from employees who are long since gone but used the sticky and persistent options liberally. I've cleared manually all the ones I can easily find, but every once in a while a system will have an issue and the problem will be ack'd immediately by some old entry.
Where is all this data stored? Can we clear the entirity of all the acks and comments? Is there a file they're stored in? or in the database? or something? I'd like to after notifying all the users of course, purge them all and start over fresh.

Clearing all Acks and Comments
Re: Clearing all Acks and Comments
You can try running the following plugin:
https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/A ... ld/details
I tried it on my test box and I was able to remove all of my acks and ack comments with one go.
Note: As always - try it in a test environment. Don't test it in production.

Excellent! It worked great in our test environment, now to work it into prod.

Great! Are we clear to lock the thread?
