XI Integration Broken after IP change?
I had to move our NNA server to a different IP. Updated the IP in Nagios XI under the settings for NNA, but now when I click on the NNA tab, it just keeps spinning. Click on the open this query in Network Analyzer still works. Is there something else I need to update?
Re: XI Integration Broken after IP change?
Nope - that should be the extent of what you need to change. It may take a few minutes to work properly initially. If it doesn't stop spinning after 5-10 minutes, I recommend re-doing the integration on the XI side - remove the current configuration, save, and then re-add the working configuration.

I've updated. I've recreated the NNA integration. Restarted the service on XI and restart NNA. It still is not working.
Is there another configuration or something else I can look at or reset?

Can you show us screenshots of what isn't working.

So it will just sit there forever spinning. Looking at the NNA server, there's actually no query coming in and no activities. The minute I click on "open this query in Network Anaylzer", the query runs and I can see activity on the NNA host.

Re: XI Integration Broken after IP change?
I am not sure how that is relavent since it is the NNA integration that is not working. NNA integration is set in the components section using an API key. This is not just happening on one host, it is across the board.
But I do have XI running checks on the NNA host and it does have the right IP.
I think I have a fix for this. I just went and recreated the user/api key that I was using for integration. Then reconfigured the API key in the settings of NNA integration under Manage Components. It is working now!

Interesting that a new API key was required, thanks for reporting back to us! Would it be alright if we closed this thread?
